Cosmetek brings together, through its founders, the technical and scientific experience and knowledge necessary to provide these services: more than 20 years of experience and know-how in the perfume and cosmetics industry and a knowledge of market at various stakeholders: conditioners, raw material producers and distributors throughout the European space.
The safety of cosmetic products is, and will always be, a subject of the utmost importance among all those involved in this activity: manufacturers, suppliers of raw materials, conditioners, distributors, regulatory bodies and others.
On the other hand, consumers are increasingly concerned and demanding about the safety of cosmetic products.
The European Union has recently reviewed and consolidated its regulation concerning the safety of cosmetic products, in particular with the publication of the EC 1223/2009 regulation, in force from July 11, 2013, promoting a consistent approach across all Member States and ensuring the implementation of a uniform procedure.
This new framework requires stricter controls than the previous ones aimed at ensuring a higher level of health protection.
Cosmetek appears to be meeting the needs of the various stakeholders in this sector of activity, providing consultancy services on regulations, assistance in setting up a quality management system based on Good Manufacturing Practices, GMP’s, but also in ISO 22716 certification consulting.
In addition, we can provide you with services related to product compliance.
